Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the current versions of Super Mahjong 3D and High Stakes Rogue, published by Storm And Me LLC for Android, iOS, and Windows.

Information the games handle

The current game builds do not require an account and do not collect or share personal information with Storm And Me LLC. They do not include advertising, analytics, or in-app purchases. Game progress, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device. The games do not request your contacts, precise location, photos, camera, or microphone to play.

Optional networking

Super Mahjong 3D includes an optional network-play mode. It is not needed for the local game. If you choose to use it, you enter or configure the server endpoint yourself; information needed for that session may be sent to that server. The server operator’s privacy practices apply to information it receives. Storm And Me LLC does not operate or receive data from a server on your behalf through the current build.

High Stakes Rogue is playable offline. Account, cloud, and other online features are not enabled in the current build. If a later version changes these practices, we will update this policy and the applicable store disclosures before releasing that version.

High Stakes Rogue gameplay

High Stakes Rogue is a fictional poker game using fictional chips for entertainment. Chips have no cash value and cannot be purchased, redeemed, or exchanged for money, goods, or prizes. The current build has no real-money wagering.

Device permissions and platform services

Depending on your device and settings, a game may use vibration or notifications for gameplay-related feedback or reminders. These functions do not give Storm And Me LLC access to personal information. Apple, Google, Microsoft, and your device operating system may separately process installation, security, crash, or diagnostic information under their own privacy policies.

Children

The games do not knowingly collect personal information from children or other players. The current builds do not require personal information to play.

Your choices and data removal

You can remove locally stored game data by using the game’s available reset controls, clearing the app’s data in device settings, or uninstalling the game. If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it to respond. You may ask us to delete that correspondence, subject to records we must keep by law.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if a game’s features or information practices change. The effective date above shows when this policy was last revised.
